I am a full-time real estate agent. Actually, much more than full-time! I work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays – whatever is most convenient for my clients. I love what I do, so quite often it really doesn’t feel like work at all. My philosophy about real estate is quite simple. I am here to help two parties – the Buyer and the Seller – find each other and successfully complete a transaction with ease and satisfaction. I am an advocate for my clients. My only priority is to obtain the best price, terms and conditions for MY client. I have found the real estate transactions are far more satisfying to both parties when closing is a pleasant experience for everyone. I am busy enough to be happy and successful, yet not so busy that I can’t take a personal interest in EVERY client. I am proud to call Bozeman “home” and cannot imagine raising my kids anywhere else. I have been married to my high school sweetheart, Larry, for more than 20 years and together we have three kids – Ava (Junior in high school), Lorenzo (8th grade) and Angelo (6th grade). And although we both have a passion for our careers, we LIVE to travel. The purchase and sale of your home is as important to me as it is to you – and that is a promise I stand by!
